Getting RDS errors and DB failing

I am getting RDS.exe failures on fresh install of win2k3 server. Intalled latest MDAC (Only reference I could find about RDS) still getting errors

I think as a result of RDS failing my BEB 10.5 DB keeps dropping off and causing jobs to fail.

Any ideas out there?

sounds like database corruption, strange for a new install.

Try a clean reinstall and then install the updates.
