Hi All,
I have 3 environments of MicroStrategy 7.1.2. In Project Configuration -> Statistics -> Purge, whenever I try to purge stats data between a date range, I get the follwoing error "Failed to get Statistics Mgr: Turn on Project statistics setting and restart the server"
I have checked Intelligence server's advanced settings, where it's "Complete statistics for all sessions".
In the Test environment, the stats are getting collected correclty with the same settings as above. I checked in the repository. The stats are not at all going to IS_%_STATS tables.
Could somebody please advice as how to go abt resolving this problem. Any help will be much appreciated.
