getting data from an ASP with wininet.dll???

I have been using wininet.dll to download data from a website. Now they have changed to an active server page. How do I make the InternetOpenUrl post the form data in the url.

I have seen no responses to this question yet. Have you gotten an answer from another source or is this one of those "be nice if we could" type items?
