getting BSOD saying PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

i get this when in IE. if i dont get this message i get the little microsoft box for prog failure. when i look at the information for the failure it always has a code of 0xc0000005. this code is always the same in dr watson when i look at event viewer.

can anyone help with this.
