getting arcserve 2000 advanced server to clean a tape head ???!!!

coz u ain't got a changer. On a single slot drive you put the cleaning tape in, the drive wirs and clicks, the tape ejects. This is how u clean a drive. The greyed out option is so you can asign a cleaning tape to a tape libary. Try reading the manual once in a while [sig][/sig]
