Currently testing a system on an isolated network comprising of just 2 Windows 2003 servers. Neither is a member of a domain.

I've got a service that needs to be able to write to a share on the other server. Is there any means of doing this just using a workgroup? Or do I have to bring online another machine to act as a domain controller?
