Getting a field to compose itself of two other feilds

This is the deal,

I want a feild to compose itself of two other feilds. I want to have this feild look at two toher feilds to get its Data. These other feilds are "Surname" and "GivenName". The feild I want to compose out of these two feilds, I want to display in this manner, surname_givenname.jpg - in this new feild. So I want the "_" & ".jpg" to be constants in the feild, and have the surname and givenname data from that record make up the rest of that feild. Make sense? If so I could use some help, I'm lost.

I believe in the control source you can simply set that equal to:

=[Surname] & "_" & [GivenName] & ".jpg"
