Getting a blue screen in win2000

HI.
Im using win2000 pro and about every 10 min after i use the comp i get a blue screen that says: starting to dump phsycal memory. after that the comp dosnt do anything and i have to reset
what can it be?

The exact error was:
NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATIONS
Begging dump of physical memory
 
Do you have the Microsoft IntelliPoint software installed?

If so check on these articles:

The articles apply to NT4 ... but the software may be effecting 2000 in the same way.
