getThumbNailImage method; how to get from main image not imbeded thumb

Hi,

Is there any way to use the image.getthumbnailimage method whereby you always create the thumbnail from the main image even if it has an embeded thumnail?

bebb: Do a quick serach here at Tek-Tips -- I believe this point has been discussed, and certainly much code has been posted over the last year on handling, creating thumbnails from images -- see if you can dig anything up and post back...I have quiet a bit of image code but on a CD, can look up if necc.
