I have 6 reports that i generate through ms access forms using VB forms. I can export most fo teh reports into excel fine except 1 report. When i right click on teh report, i choose export. then a another screen comes up asking for the name and the format of the file that i want to dump to. I specify a name and a format of Excel and i specify autostart. When i view the spreadsheet, all i see is the text "text45". And when i pull teh cell down, it lists text46 text 47 text 48 text49.......

What am i doing worng?
TIA

Sounds like you need to make sure all your information is displayed within the "Detail" section of the report. anything in the header or footer wont be displayed when exported to excel.

The column labels excel uses are grabbed from the name of your fields on your Access report so look for text45 there.
