Get url from downloaded file?

Is there a way to get the associate url from a downloaded file? When I go to "C:\Documents and Settings\IQV\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files" directory windows explorer shows all the urls in a column called "Internet Address", but I can't find a method to programatically retrieve this info.

Any help would be appreciated.

The file can be read as a text file. Open the file and then read it into a string. Find the last src= in the file and this is the URL. Read it from src=' to the next single quote " ' ". Example:

src='

http://ads.pointroll.com/PointRoll/Ads/PRScript.dll?v=48&pos=0&init=0'

Will this work for an .exe or .zip file? I am looking to get the url from a .exe, .zip, .mp3 etc. The files are located in the internet cache. Windows explorer shows the url, but I don't know how to get it. I've tried looking int the file attributes in the file data structure but no url. Thank you for your response.
