Is there a way, when creating a setup file in access2000,to replace the "KEY" icon that installs to the program files list with a custom icon.

Try 1. Tools 2. Startup and you should see something for application icon. It allows you to change the icon.

Is it possible to do thsi in access 97?! I hate that icon to, i want something that actually resembles my database. it therefore easy to use any iamges? And is there a need for gif's or jpeg's? Thank you for your help already.
