Get rid of high contrast logon box

A user has enabled the high contrast feature in windows and now the logon box appears in black and white, i can't think how you undo this when not logged on.

Any ideas?

right click any where on the desktop and select properties then appearance then scheme select windows standard or what ever you want

Done that but it switches back to high contrast when i logoff.
