you have 2 options:
1) FTP, this is easiest option, only available when you have a NIU board connected to the network
2)V24 xmodem transfer
FICPI:SPATH=/SYSN/USR1/xxxx,IODEV=SYSTERMINAL;
you must have a terminal client (like winfiol or procomm) that can receive xmodem files.
