Get Datagrid from Excel?

Hi-

Is it possible to expose a data structure (such as a datagrid) such that it could be accessed from Excel? I know I can push data into Excel from code, but I'm looking for a way to allow Excel to pull data from code instead.

I've already implemented a custom data provider, but I don't know if that's applicable in any way.

You should be able to access Excel via Jet. You could probably do this with an OLEDB connection.
