Get contact data from Outlook

Is there any way to export all data in the "Contacts" folder of Outlook 2000 into Access 2000?

I used the export function of Outlook 2000 to export "Contacts" folder into a contact table of Access database. I got 87 fields in this table.

However, when I used "Design form" function in outlook 2000 to design "contacts" form, I saw more than 100 fields. Some field, such as "Mailing Address Indicator", is definitely not exported into the Access table.

Or say, is there any way that I can look at the database running before Outlook 2000? I do not have an MS Exchange server. Do I need Exchange server to better handle data in Outlook 2000?
