get client name

I am creating a support request form at work and I would like to get FP2000 to include the client name (local user name) with the results of a form. I tried checking the user name box on "form properties--> options-->saved fields" but that only grabed the IP address of the users station.

Can I get FP do this for me or will I have to add some scripting to get the name and insert it into a field of the form.
