German to American Decimal Conversion

Quick question for y'all. My company is getting data from a german company. The problem is, they use commas instead of decimal points. Does anybody know of software or a method to convert a page of Excel data from German format into a standard American format?

Normally, if the cells are formatted as number without specific details it should be ok. Text is different but you try a macro.
You can change you number handling in Control Panel before opening it.
Of course, that is not handy if you receive a lot of data from both sides.
The . and , issue is an annoying one, but it is not a standard. If the answer is here, mark it, others can benefit from it too.
