Hi All.
I have a G350 LSP @ ACM5 with 6 x BRI trunks located in Stuttgart, Germany.
The ACM replaced an old Agfa system about a year ago. and the number of BRI trunks was upped to 6 from the previous 4 at that time.
The problem that the customer is reporting is that some PSTN locations within Germany report that they cannot dial the DDI range on the BRI trunks.
I did have some problems at install dealing with the mess that is the German national dialplan, however, I cannot see any reason why inbound calls should be OK from 98% of Germany, but not the other 2%.
Trying to explain this symptom the the PSTN carrier has not been easy either.
Anyone got any ideas?
Thanks.
