Geo-Redundant SMGR R 7.1.3

We lost power to our primary SMGR at our main location. The secondary SMGR at our remote data center is up but is in standby mode and I cannot make administrative changes to our secondary Session Manager. On the main page everything is greyed out except Inventory and Geo-Redundancy. Avaya says that replication link was lost back in March but system shows it is enabled.

Jboss has been restarted but made no change.

Any suggestions?

did you activate the GRSMGR? You'd need to do that before you can manage things.

I'd suggest you just fix your primary SMGR. If that GRSMGR hasn't had new data in a long time, you wouldn't be doing yourself any favours activating it with old data and pushing that down to your SMs.
