Please help me configure this thing. Trying to print plain text on an 8.5 x 11 sheet. Altered the margins to begin to print at middle of sheet, but it prints with double spaces between sentences. Text is coming from a plain word document. We're needing to print form feed requisitions filling in only patient demographics in left/center of each sheet.

Don't know what computing environment you are in, but will assume that youa are in a PC networked/standalone setup.
You might check the installed driver for this device. MS has a universal driver version. You could look at the available drivers here:
