We recently installed Genesis for a project. All our ACD sets are acquired in Symposium. Gen can control the sets, but should they be acquired in Sym or by Genesis only??

Which one is doing the inbound routing to phonesets? And are you running reports out of Symposium, or just Genesys? If Genesys is doing everything and you just need the Symposium for the MLSM messaging, then I'd think only Genesys needs to acquire the sets. I wouldn't think it would hurt to have Symposium acquire, though. And if you are using Symposium for routing, reporting, login, etc., then you would want Symposium to acquire also.

well, we are trying, Genesis is driving. However, they deliver all the calls to the DN key instead of the In-calls key, so there really isn't any ACD data to report on except PDN and a lot of Not Ready time. How can we get ACD stats with that setup???
