Generic Scroll mouse driver for Win 95 1

Well I'm not sure about a Generic driver. You could try one of the Microsoft mouse drivers from here:
if that is no use then try one of the others from a list here:
No promises, but I think one of these might pass as a suitable mouse driver if you really don't know what make it is (have a look underneath to see if it says).
