General Question regarding the admin account

Hello. Just wondering if I install MS Office on citrix and configure lets says outlook or Word to look a specific way. Would this look be global..for every other user that logs on?

I can't seem to get Outlook running while logged on as Administrator and not sure why. Every other user that logs on has no problems, but again Outlook is not configured correctly, it has that stupid cache mode on.

What office are you running? Some of the Office suite aren't compatible with Citrix and you need to install them a certain way to work correectly.

Also, the microsoft resource kit is something you should install, the profile wizard lets you make exactly what it is you're asking for.

I am installing office 2003. I had office XP installed and was trying an upgrade. What would the resource kit do for me? Is this a software package I need?
