We have a web based Ora DB, all the web pages are written in coldfusion. We are now told that the coldfusion has to go and everything needs to be done with the oracle tools. I didnt get any specifics but im assuming the Ora AS enterprise (portal and such) is what they were referring to. Am I correct? If so what should i be expecting for this conversion? Exactly what language is used to take place of the coldfusion, display and manipulate the data on the web??? I am assuming that a language will need to be known and that oracle doesnt contain some kind of miracle programs....

there are several languages that could be used, JSP, PSP, HTML DB are probably the main contenders, probably with JSP having the biggest share of this market.
