General Network Error... [DBNETLIB]???

Hello Everyone, Has anyone ever seen the following error?

Error Type:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]General network error. Check your network documentation.
/survey/survey.asp, line 90

My DSN is configured exactly the same way on my local drive as it is on the server, and both 'Test Successfully'. Locally, I have no problems - can see data, etc. but when I test on the server, I get that error. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Other info:
SQL 2000
Windows 2000

try updating ODBC drivers on your production server....
try delteing and recreating DSN
