General Error

Hi

I have been using cognos, but today i am facing a typical problem which i never faced before

we have two server DEV and PROD, once we complete the testing on the DEV server it is moved to the PROD server.

When I modify a report at the DEV server, export the pacakge archive and import it on the PROD server package and run the report, i keep getting this "General Error" and when i looked at the crnserver log it says somehting like this "The remote client request to obtain a CSK failed".

I use to get the report pacage from dEV to Prod server till yesterday i am getting this problem today.

Any help is appreciated.
