general delivery says messages are not being accepted

Have a call pilot 100 and when you zero out to general delivery it says "messages are not being accepted"?

Anyone heard of this? and how to fix it.

checked off Enable General Delivery Mailbox under system properties and still no messages can be left.

Sounds like you chose alt greeting and said no to accept messages. Check under your mailbox admin and choose prime greeting.

Did a report on the mailbox and it looks empty, will check the greeting.
