I have a USB cable based on your GL620 (GeneLink File-Transfer) chip. I'm running the latest driver version v1.13a. I have the driver installed on the following:
1. Notebook PC with Win2k installed.
2. PC with both WindowsME and WindowsXP SP1 installed for dual boot.
I have noticed that transferring any file to/from Dell notebook from/to WinME is done on average speed 900KB/sec. However, in WinXP the average speed is 530KB/sec with the same file transferred on both. Both WinME and WinXP SP1 have driver v1.13a on the same machine.
Would you please help me with WindowsXP slow rate? Is there a way to speed it up?
