Just a couple questions you may want to consider whenever asking for help:
1) Make/Model PC, Motherboard, Video Card and CPU
2) Clean install or Upgrade of your OS
3) How long has this problem occurred?
4) What has changed since it started occurring?
5) Any other pertinent hardware specs you think is related or might be of use
