gdi.dll invalid and user.dll invalid (install)

i have used vs installer to package my application howerver i receive error : gdi.dll invalid and user.dll (invalid property sourcefile of gdi.dll is invalid ) when trying to build installation package for one vb6 project (any idea what is the problem?

just fyi - outdated dlls, replaced by actual versions/names gdi32.dll and user32.dll solved the problem.
