GD Library Call to undefined function

Hi,
I'm using Apache 2.0.43 and PHP 4.3.2 with GD Library 2.0.12 on my webserver and I have a function imagecreatfromjpg which works fine on my side. When I posted it on to my isp's server I get an error "Call to undefined function". When I ran phpinfo on my isp's server I noticed that they were using GD Library 2.0.15 and it did not mention anything about jpeg support. How do I get around this?
