I use Virtual PC to test & learn OS’s, Windows 2000, 2003, Vista, XP, Exchange 2007, etc.
The DC IP address and Gateway have always been the address (10.10.0.100); can test with Virtual Client and Server without any problems.

Installed Windows 2008 RC1 (Enterprise) and set the IP & Gateway, when I check with ipconfig the Gateway is zero.

Cannot get the Gateway to stay at 10.10.0.100

Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Not an answer but...
Hit the same issue on a Dell with a Broadcrap,er I mean Broadcom interface, same issue, only the IP address also would not maintain, even after multiple driver installs, reboots, and tcp/ip stack resets; others are having the same issue. I did a fresh install and the problem corrected.
