gateway 250 no board

How do you reset the V3 board on a 250? I am looking at one and I just am not sure what to do I have error type 1 for the port and COTRK error type 130. I am not in the office where this equipment is. thanks Karen

telnet or SSH into the G50, and issue "reset mm v3", that should do it
