Garbled CP100 3.1

Hey everyone,
was just at a client office where we took over maintenance of a CP100 rls 3.1 on a CICS....it was used about 6 months ago then disabled beacuse nobody knew how to use it, now they wan it back on line, so I brought it back up, and the sound is completely GARBLED from any port or phone that you call from....has anyone seen this before....you can barely hear th voice under the distortion!!! Odd....

Bad Call Pilot that may really be they took it off line.

Not really sure I've had a couple with the same issue but they just replaced the units. I can tell you that it's not the software though because that is the first thing we did change.
 
I'll give that a shot on tuesday, and, failing that swap it out....the interconnect who installed it is washing his hands of it, which means we get our hands dirty with it....such is life....
