Gantt free text

Hi Newcoder...
The Gantt chart just displays information entered elsewhere. What you've done so far identifies the contents of what fields (Text1 & Text2) that will display.
What you need to do is add column(s) (Insert, Column) to the table and add your text there in the table on the row of the associated task. It will then display on the Gantt chart.
Just an FYI - if you right clicked on a specific bar of the chart, you may have only changed the specifications for that single bar. (The dialog box will be titled Format Bar). To change the display specifications for all the bars of a particular type on the chart, right click in the white space of the chart & select Bar Styles...
