Hi All
I Have a IP500V2 version 9 SP3 with Gamma Sip trunks. All is working fine except when I dial out the number being sent is the main number(the first number in the range). In my Sip URI I have it set to use internal data for the user and set the DDI for the user here but the the main number is always sent. Do I need to tell Gamma to turn on flexible CLI or is there something else I need to set.

Yeah tried this still does not work. I have done many of these Gamma SIPs on Version 8 and had no problem with sending any of the ddis in the range just cannot get it to work on version 9

Try dropping the zero in your URI maybe? Seen that with primary rate needing to drop the initial zero in the area code for DID to work the full number of 08 8123 4567 becomes 8 8123 4567.

Launch Code: Midnight Sun

Hi All

I have program the SIP user tabs with the DDI I want to send. When I run monitor you would expect to see this DDI in the "from" section being sent however what I am seeing is the user name of the extension being sent. Is this a bug in this version? Is any body on v9 with gamma successfully sending different DDIs. As I have said set these up many times on 8.0 & 8.1 with no problems. Is there any other configuration I need to do in this version.

That's what I have done in all 3 fields omitting the 0

Is any one having the same issue on
V9 sp3 with gamma sip. When I downgrade to v8 it works
Perfectly ok. You can see the DDI in from being
Sent. In v9 the user name is in the from being sent
And all 3 fields of the user tab Have got the DDI.

Just a update for you all.
By putting the “use internal data” on channel 1 and wildcards on channel 2 in the SIP URI the problem is now fixed I can send any DDI out. Before it was the other way round.

That would only make a difference if you had forgot to change the outgoing line group of the wildcard URI :)
