I want create a RPG game, but i dont't known if C++ is the best language for this.

Yes, C++ is the best language to make RPG games but it requires an intense amount of skills and team work.

It is defintely a strong language to program in. But programming a game is, as zbondo mentioned, not a one man job. However, while looking through books at what can only be called a "Geek Convention" I found a book on game programming that came with source code. Judging by its size, I would say it was about 1000+ pages. It discussed direct x programming and openGL. I am sure if you search on Amazon you will find plenty of references. Understand that the games are not as involved as games like Warcraft 3, Everquest etc... It would be more old school game programming and you would have a look and feel of Doom. It is a start though
