I am about to install Windows XP on my machine. A clean install. When i installed 98 SE I had to run some setup for my motherboard using 3rd Party Chipset Series Mainboard Utility CD(ver 1.6). This CD also had sound drivers for the built-in sound.
I have a 32M Gefore 2 MX, and just got the latest drivers (from nvidia) for XP before i install it so atleast the video is ready.
I was wondering where i can find this CD or the drivers that will be compatible for XP? Or are these actually comptible already? Its just i dont want something not working when i install the new OS.
Also XP will pick up a pioneer DVD drive won't it, so i won't have to search for that!??

Cheers,
Aaron

Just go on the Motherboard manufactures website for software support????? alternately the chipset makers website. Martin
