g700 error 1025

can't find it documented anywhere.

from memory i think it may be to do with the media gateway not registering with the media server

if you display media gateway x is it registered?

the gateways are registered. I usually see error type 769 when I lose registration. This error seems to be non service affecting. Thanks for your response.

if you do almdisplay in linux to you get any alarms

no server alarms and nothing in the logs

I'm getting this alarm once about every ten minutes then it resolves its self.

is the alarm service affecting?

what setup do you have, is it just s8300/G700?

if you do display errors what do you get?

The alarm shows up as a warning and doesn't seem to be service affecting. This is a G700/LSP hanging off a 8700.

The 1025 messages are because of duplicated registration requests from media gateways.

I had some strange troubles when I had this.
With a reset mgp I managed to resolve this error.
