G700 Announcements Problem

Does anyone encounter this problem? Announcement on the G700 is being cut and automatically routed into the next vector step when the incoming trunk/vdn is called especially during the beginning of the announcement. The system is running S8300 CM 3.1.2 with update patches and upgraded firmwares of the G700. It happens most of the time even peak & off-peak. But when dialing the announcement number directly it's working fine, only happens when the call is coming outside.

Do you have a wait step in fron of the announcement step in your vector? If not add one even if it is wait zero seconds hearing none. This will give the announcement time to wait for the readiness of the announcement before playing to a caller.
