Does anyone have any tools for performing telecom system security audits?

I found the security checklists on Avaya site but I figured there might be somekind of utility to go out an check these things for you? or do you just have to go through them 1 by 1?

Any advise on telecom audits, including; CMS, Conversant, Octel 350, etc...
