G3PBX-How do I turn Telnet On?

Help!
How can I turn telnet on with my G3 phone switch? I have Release 10. I know the IP number of the switch but cannot connect over port 23.

Any help would be great..

The Definity requires you to use a port other than 23 for security reasons. Do 'change-ip-services' and make the following entries:

Service Type = 'SAT'
Enabled = 'y'
Local Node = the name on the C-LAN board
Local Port = number between 5000 and 9999
Remote Node = 'any'
Remote Port = '0'

Use the same port number on ASA when you setup the switch.
