Any one experience this one? This is a remote office, the local manager states the fan is on but no lights on the g350 error 769 and its offline, we have rebooted and still the same -

Can you telnet/ssh to the gateway?

If you can you might find the config is corrupted and possibly try reloading the config. You do keep backups of your gateway configs right? (doubt it .. most don't) If not then you might have to reconfigure it manually.

I suspect however that the gateway is broken. There isn't much going on in a gateway and when this kind of thing happens it's usually a hardware failure.

If you can get connected remotely, rebooting/power cycling the gateway doesn't do anything, and you have no lights on the front of the gateway you'll probably have to call Avaya to have them come out and resolve the issue.

It could also be a power supply failure, and the only voltage working is the one the fans run on. In any case, you are going to need to make a site visit and probably replace the G350 (which can no longer be bought "new" since they are EOL'd, you will have to get a refurbed one)
