g150 in essence is ip office small office edition with a special version of the ip office firmware that is capable of working under command of the central s8700/s8500 and/or in local survivable mode when the link to the central server is broken. it is configured just like an ordinary ipo with some additional settings describing central server ip address and so on. from the central s8x00 point of view, this g150 looks more or less like g350 except that all co lines and analog/digital extensions are emulated as ip. afaik g150 is not yet generally available, if you are interested in it you should contact avaya.

G150 Media Gateway extends the benefits of Avaya Communication Manager to small branch offices. G150 Media Gateway is designed for small-scale branch office deployments requiring support for 2-12 users; G150 complements the existing family of Media Gateways for Avaya Communication Manager.
G150 consists of a range of fixed configuration units, supporting analog phones, IP appliances and analog trunks as standard. Local digital trunks, including T1 PRI and ISDN BRI, can be added using plug-in option modules.
The G150 is targeted at price-sensitive customers with lower communication intensity requirements, but still looking for a standard level of survivability.
G150 provides an all-in-one data and voice communications solution with integral firewall and wireless access options as well as built-in dynamic IP routing.
As part of an ACM system, G150 acts as a H.323 gateway for local extensions and trunks into a central Avaya Media Server (e.g. an 8700).
Unlike alternative solutions, G150 includes remote survivability as a standard to ensure continuous service, if the IP routed WAN connection to the Media Server is temporarily unavailable.
In survivable mode, the G150 provides continuity of service by operating as a standard standalone system using local network connections for fallback and local message caching.
