Hi all,
We've got a couple of users who are never in the office and have unconditional forwarding setup on their extension so that all calls go to their cell phone.
When dialing their extension directly (or through the Auto Attendant) the calls forward properly. I'm told, however, that when someone talks to the operator and asks to be transferred to one of those extensions it just rings and rings and rings.
Any ideas?
