funny window during boot

During boot up I get a little white window in the center of the screen. It says

Windows - Success

Status_Wait_0

Cancel Try again Continue

Anybody know that this is and how I can get rid of it?

don't know what it is.

run msconfig to check startup options, and disable ones you don't want.

get autoruns for more comprehensive startup editing.

Sounds like some piece of Malware is reporting that is has successfully loaded? Considerate of it isn't it?
