Full tape cannot be unloaded

I have a problem with unloading full tapes during scheduled backup.
It is about NW version 7.3. Regular scheduled backups are running and when particular tape is full, new one from specific pool should be loaded. But it doesn’t happen and group is waiting new tap even there are enough recycled and labeled-empty tapes.
The backup process has to be stopped in the morning and when same group has been started immediately after stopping, unload and load commands finished OK and backup is continuing normally.
Does anybody suspect what’s going on here?

Here are adequate parts from log file: time when NW cannot unload the tape after reaching end of tape, stopping the group process and restarting the same group where unload/load sequence finished OK!

I suggest you make an upgrate to version 7.3.1
This problem should be fixed in that version.
If the problem persists in 7.3.1 do the following :
stop nsrd
delete al files in /nsr/tmp
start nsrd
execute nsrck -L6
with a little luck you will be fine
 
Yep, agree, upgrade immediately. We had loads of issues with 7.3, many have been addressed in 7.3.1.

I'm not normally a fan of upgrading to fix a problem, but in this case ...
