Full Mailbox Access

Is there a way of giving Exchange Admins Full Mailbox Access rights to all mailboxes at once? At the moment I just give my Exchange Admin Group access ona per mailbox basis when required. I would like to do this for all instead of one-by-one. I dont think you can do this by a recipient policy can you? What about CSVDE and LDIFDE?

Grant the Exchange Admins group full access to the server in ESM. First, you must edit the registry so that you can view all of the hidden Security tabs in ESM.

You can do it on the store. Just check Send As and Recieve As.
