We currently own a couple of Definity systems. these systems had been under service contract with Avaya and we recently canceled the Service/Maintenance Contract with them.
How would someone go about getting full admin rights to the systems.
I would like to clear alarms and use other commands that currently we have no access to.
I am aware of the potential risk of having full rights but would like to have that option.

Thanks in advance for all the help.

I have also wanted to get this done. We have another service taking care of Maintenance. The way you get Full Access again is to ask your AVAYA Sales Person for "Maintenance Assist Essential" Coverage only. It costs $.60 per port per month. I would only get a one year contract as I have heard rumblings that this may no longer be required soon as Avaya will be changing this to open up the switches not on Maintenance.
